I'm Dmytro Strykhar, a senior product designer and co-founder of Overspace, a product design studio. I lead design for startups and scale-ups in the US and Europe, from the first research call to a shipped, measured feature.

At Atrium I designed the AI Sales Coach, an AI assistant that turns sales data into concrete coaching steps for every rep, plus Saved Metrics, which beat its adoption goal in the first week, and the Design System 2.0 they shipped on.

Most of my work is complex flows on web and mobile: B2B dashboards, internal tools, e-commerce. I run the research, set direction with founders and product managers, test with A/B experiments and usability sessions, and work daily with engineers until it ships.

I build and maintain design systems end to end, from Figma components to a documented Storybook connected to the code, and I prototype in code with AI tools, so ideas get tested in days, not sprints.

I studied philosophy, which is where the problem-first habit comes from: ask better questions, untangle the complicated part, and argue for the simplest answer.
